The time I need to process an order varies by transaction and depends on the item(s) in your order. Shipping rates are calculated by package weight with an additional handling fee.

I am able to deliver certain items for local orders only. Please contact me to find out if I deliver in your area. Some areas require a small delivery fee.

I take great care in packaging and shipping my artwork to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

If you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please make a note of it with the delivery carrier and contact me immediately.

Commissioned Work:

All commissioned artworks are subject to a separate agreement between the artist and the client. The terms of the commission, including scope, delivery, and payment, will be outlined in a Commission Contract to be agreed upon before the commencement of any work. A percentage of the total estimated price shall be remitted prior to the commencement of the project as a deposit.

Any requests for changes or alterations to the commissioned artwork after the agreement has been finalized will incur additional charges. These charges will be calculated based on the complexity and extent of the changes requested. I will provide a quote for the additional work, and the client must agree to the extra cost in writing before any alterations are made. This ensures that I am fairly compensated for my time and resources and clients are fully aware of the financial implications of their requests.

Copyright:

The copyright of each artwork remains with the respective artist unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Purchasers of artworks receive a license to display the artwork for personal or educational use but are not granted rights for reproduction or commercial use.

Prohibition of Resale:

Artworks purchased from Claire Duhe Art, either online or in person, cannot be sold or otherwise transferred for commercial gain. This restriction applies to both original/commissioned artworks and any reproductions.
